The Company will pay a dividend of not less than 50% of net profit. Net profit means profit after deducting corporate income tax and various reserves. The financial statements used as a reference are the standalone financial statements.

The Board of Directors has the authority to consider, waive, or change this dividend policy from time to time, subject to the condition that such action must be in the best interests of the Company's shareholders. For example, the Company may use the retained earnings to repay loans, expand its business, or in case of changes in market conditions that may affect the Company's future cash flow.
